Mike was raised in the construction industry in Nipawin, Saskatchewan. After convocation from the U of S College of Commerce with honours in marketing he joined CPR’s Asset Management Team, Calgary, to successfully manage several capital programs and later lead the industry E-Business Initiative.

Mike returned to Saskatoon to join A-1 Power Door Ltd. in 2006 and has since been a key sales driver, launching new lines of business, serving the construction industry as the Vice-Chair of Saskatoon’s Construction Specifications Canada executive, and now expanding A-1 Power Door’s reach as manager of the new Edmonton branch.
